Whenever I kill demons or exorcise spirits, I sometimes think of the families left behind. How do they grieve? What do they think of the mercenaries who finish off their loved ones? I've seen some people plead with me to not kill; that they would be comfortable living with a demon. I can kind of get that; it's someone you love dearly; you would do anything to keep them alive. However, even in situations like those, it's important to stop the threat of demons as soon as possible. I wouldn't want people getting killed due to a monster's instability.
